I lived here over 18 years15 years ago it was a good place they don't care about the equipment they let it run down. They leave it set this way because they take you're money don't trust there tokens they don't work I've wasted much time and now money! The owner don't care and currently the soap brush is disconnected my brother called and he said he was working on it it'd been broken over a month now we offered to buy him a new brush the owner then hung up. I would not recommend this place

Couldn't give it zero stars this is the third time I've been here normally it's missing all of the options except for the foam brush and the water and the tricolor. Last two times I went and had to try caller which said to me that it was okay that was missing half of the other stuff it was supposed to have this time it doesn't even have tricolor all it has is foam brush and water out of like eight options. If you're going to own a car wash at least try to keep it up or don't make those things options. I won't be back thank you

Worst car wash in East TN didnt even start for 40 seconds after charging me 2.50 for 5 min then no soap what a rip off I see why noone else was there

Faulty coin machine. Had to keep reinserting quarters as the machine would spit them back out. Once enough time was reached to start the cycle the soap selection would not work. Decided best option at this point was to rinse only. Truck is still dirty and has water spots all over it. Will never return to this establishment. Would not recommend using. Want my $2.00 back.

I haven't went by there in a while hoping the carwash would be fixed with everything working. Well it wasn't as usual. For one if u dint use tokens u will be trying to put quarters in while time is running out because quarters get spit back out. Two, every single bay has something not working. Three, this is a convienent place for a carwash but maybe someone should run it that can keep it fixed..I could go on and on about how much money ive wasted here. I've left reviews in the past hoping it would be in working order but I guess not. Update...2 years since my first review this place is still taking my money. Please fix that everything works
